Funny for Monday

I'm not sure if you can see this or not but you have to hand it to this guy. He took duct tape to the next level. His car is black and the trunk will not stay shut. So...he used black duct tape. Now that is redneck with style.

Sold!

Well, I sold the bug! It's time to say goodbye and move back into a truck. I've had a truck from the time I was 16 until I bought the bug 2 years ago in California but I must move on. The people that bought the bug are from Alabama and will be here tomorrow or Thursday to get it. I'm look for a truck baby and I can't wait for hunting season.

Below is the truck I'm looking at buying. I think I can get a good price. What do you think?

Redneck Trailer Hitch

I was sitting here tonight looking through some old pictures and I came across this redneck trailer hitch on the back of a car. I took this picture back in 2005 when I and the family made a 20 day trip across the country from San Francisco to North Carolina and back. All I can say is ENJOY!

License Plate

So my wife gives me a call today while driving to the store and tells me about a guy in front of her who has lost his license plate. In its place he put a piece of cardboard with the message on it...."tag applieded for."  Now that is some good stuff.

Slow Driver

I've always been amazed how when your driving to work or just about anywhere you will most always get behind someone who is driving way to slow.

You try to pass for awhile and it just seems like someone is always in the other lane.

However, finally you pass and punch the gas and leave the slowpoke in the dust. I mean you leave that turkey about 10 traffic lights behind.

You arrive at your destination and as you look up in the rear view mirror you see the car that you  just passed come by and you only beat them by 6 seconds.

Just think....all of that  heartache and not much time saved.
