Steering Through Chaos I wanted to give a big shout out to a new book by Scot Wilson. The title is Steering Through Chaos and it's a must read. If you are a church pastor or leader and change is on the way for your church Scot has a great word for you. That word is, "Change is good." Many times change brings a feeling of fright but it doesn't have to be that way. In this book pastor Scot gives great insight into how to lead a staff through changing structure and transition. The best part is how he encourages each leader to make difficult choices that keeps the staff and church moving forward with joy. If your looking for a great read then pick this one up.
